Our USDA approved facility and HACCP compliant manufacturing protocols permit you to concentrate on your core competency by out-sourcing cooking activities, thus addressing the issues of labor availability, costs and skill levels.
PGI operated a modern USDA-FDA inspected 13,000 square foot food facility which is HACCP compliant. The facility has production capabilities of 160,000 lbs. per week. Although founded in 2002, the management team has over 25 years experience in the food service and food manufacturing industry.
